Status of Project - June 28, 2024 - Interior finish work 80% complete - cabinets installed; countertops and shower walls templated; painting 90% complete. Masonry delayed by siding. Finish work delayed by broken window replacement. Masonry to begin next week.
Status of Project - May 18, 2024 - Drywall, tape and texture complete. Insulation complete. Interior finish work in progress along with siding installation. Masonry to begin next week with paint to follow and finish work to continue.
Status of Project - April 23, 2024 - Well improvements complete; insulation complete until drywall finished; fireplaces installed ahead of schedule; drywall in progress; siding material delivered for installation next week.

Status of Project - April 12, 2024 - Concrete flatwork looks amazing - rough-in electrical complete - ready for insulation and drywall next week. Roofing in progress. Cabinets ordered. Looks like we’re staying on schedule. Great job subs!!
Status of Project - April 6, 2024 - Septic/drain field inspection approved and improvements to RV pad completed. Rough-in electrical in progress.
Status of Project - April 2, 2024 - Septic tank set and drain field in awaiting inspection. Began improvements on RV pad. Epic Steel manufactured roof panels on site and material ready for Mighty Dog Roofing to begin installation.
Status of Project - April 1, 2024 - Stenerson Brothers prepping for flatwork, installing septic system. Rough-in plumbing and mechanical continues (thanks to Working Class Contractor and Garrard Plumbing!) Clients came to town and met with Snow Mountain Electric to finalize electrical needs for rough-in and Counter Solutions to select countertop material, integrated sinks, wall finishes. Integrity Window and Door has all the windows and exterior doors installed and they look amazing. Things are moving along quickly and looking great! We are grateful for our hardworking subcontractors.
Status of Project - March 15, 2024 - Rough-in mechanical and plumbing in progress.
Status of Project - March 10, 2024 - Windows & exterior doors installed; floors cleaned, sealed and covered with ram board. Ready for rough-in mechanical, plumbing and electrical.

July 28, 2023 - Tree Removal - Four large pine trees and one maple tree were removed from the build site. They were delivered to become lumber for future projects. Thank you High Mountain Enterprise!
Deconstruction and Relocation of Power - Deconstruction of existing home, carport, shop and chicken coop and relocation of power completed July 11, 2023. Reuse, repurpose, recycle. We are very pleased to have put most of the material from these buildings back to good use instead of ending up in the landfill. Great job Waste Less Works!
Pre-Construction Photos - March 1, 2023 - Existing structures on building site to be demolished/recycled. Septic system to be upgraded. Building site to be prepared for new residence. Design phase to begin in Spring of 2023. Construction to begin once design is complete and building permits obtained.
