Status of Project - November 13, 2020 - Interior painting complete, rough-in mechanical complete. Electrical rough-in in progress. Drop ceilings scheduled for next week.
Status of Project - November 6, 2020 - Interior painting in progress. Ready to finish rough-in mechanical and electrical.
Status of Project - October 30, 2020 - Drywall, tape completed. Spray texture scheduled for Monday with interior painting planned for Tuesday if all dries.
Status of Project - October 23, 2020 - Drywall in progress.
Status of Project - October 11, 2020 - Exterior paint, insulation, storefront glass, windows, gutters and downspouts complete. Ready for drywall.
Status of Project - September 25, 2020 - Rough-in electrical complete and inspections approved for HVAC plumbing, and electrical. Storefront glass, windows, rigid insulation, siding and trim has begun.
Status of Project - September 17, 2020 - Rough-in plumbing and HVAC complete. Rough-in electrical began early to be completed next week. Roof installed. Next week, door frames and siding installed.
Status of Project - September 11, 2020 - Rough-in plumbing and HVAC. Next week begins rough-in electrical, roof installation, and fabrication of window frames.
Status of Project - September 4, 2020 - Rough in mechanical and plumbing begins next week.
Trusses delivered August 31, 2020. Status of project end of day August 31.
Week of August 10, 2020 - Framing began Tuesday afternoon. Ready for trusses on Friday afternoon. (Truss install delayed until August 31, 2020 due to availability of crane)
Week of August 3, 2020 - Sidewalk and stair prep, backfill, poured sidewalks and stairs. Reading for framing.
Installed water line to curb stop, installed sewer line to existing, backfilled and compacted to foundation, prepped for sidewalks, landings and ramp. July 20-29, 2020 - PLEASE NOTE THAT PHOTOS ARE TAKEN BY VARIOUS SOURCES AND MAY NOT BE POSTED IN THE ORDER THE WORK OCCURRED
Poured footings, formed and poured walls, stripped walls, damp proofed, and concrete sealed top 12 inches of foundation wall around perimeter. All testing completed. July 13-17, 2020
Prep site for footings/foundation. Compaction testing complete. Footings being prepped July 10 for pour on July 13 - July 6-9, 2020
